I write stories about folks figuring out what matters, and I'm fascinated by the hidden lives tucked into small towns. I spend a lot of time noticing how light changes everything, and I try to capture that feeling in my work. I'm drawn to the spaces between black and white, and I like my stories to stay there a while.
