Welcome to the platform operated and managed by Taheel Technology Solutions for Educational and Administrative Consulting ("Taheel", "we", or "us"). These Terms of Service (including our Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy) ("Terms of Service") constitute a binding agreement between you and Taheel.

By using the platform (the "Site"), creating an account, or using the Site or our mobile applications to post content—such as stories, comments, messages—or to access and view content available on the platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

The Voice Void Library Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 13 years old. If we become aware that a user under the age of 13 is using the Services, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account immediately.

You cannot fully browse the Site or use the Services without registering for an account. To access the full features of the Voice Void Library platform, you must create an account, choose a username, and set a password.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. If you share your account details with others, they may gain full control of your account, and we may not be able to determine the rightful account owner. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such actions.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must report it immediately through our support channels.

Before posting any content on the Voice Void Library, you must review and comply with our Content Guidelines. Any content that violates these guidelines may be removed at any time without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish on the platform. However, submitting content to the Voice Void Library does not grant you ownership of content that you do not already own. You must not upload or publish content unless you hold the necessary rights or have obtained proper permission, including the right to grant us the permissions described in these Terms.

By posting content on the platform, you grant Voice Void Library a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, modify (for formatting purposes), and distribute your content as part of providing and promoting the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. This includes any risks associated with its use, accuracy, or any claims related to intellectual property or other legal rights.

The Services are provided free of charge. To support this, we may display advertisements in connection with your content or other areas of the platform. We may also use your content for promotional purposes related to the Services. We will not sell your content to third parties without your explicit consent.

In some cases, your use of certain features or participation in specific programs (such as contests or special initiatives) may be subject to additional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between those terms and these Terms of Service, the additional terms will take precedence.

All rights related to the design, appearance, functionality, and content of the Voice Void Library platform are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any part of the platform’s code, design, or branding without prior written permission.

You must not use the platform’s name, trademarks, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit approval.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without prior notice. We may also remove or restrict access to any content at our sole discretion.

We may access, review, store, or disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
(i) comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal requests,
(ii) enforce these Terms of Service and investigate potential violations,
(iii) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues,
(iv) respond to user support requests, or
(v) protect the rights, safety, and property of the platform, its users, or the public.

The Voice Void Library respects intellectual property rights and is committed to complying with applicable copyright laws in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and other relevant jurisdictions.

If you believe that any content available on the platform infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal complaint through our designated reporting channels. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content alleged to be infringing, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

We may also identify and take action against external websites or services that unlawfully copy or distribute content from the platform. By using the Services, you authorize Voice Void Library to act on your behalf as an agent to submit takedown requests or legal notices under applicable laws to internet service providers or any relevant parties for the removal of infringing or allegedly infringing content.

The Voice Void Library is used by a large community of readers and writers. We expect all users to act responsibly and contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment. Please review our Code of Conduct (which forms part of these Terms of Service).

Without limiting the Code of Conduct, you agree not to:

Do not violate the law.
Do not engage in any activity that infringes on the rights of others, violates applicable laws, or breaches any legal obligations.

Do not harm systems or devices.
Do not upload or distribute viruses, malicious code, or any material intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or any related systems.

Do not interfere with the platform.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Services. This includes bypassing security measures, attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts, or placing excessive load on our infrastructure or third-party services.

Do not scrape or extract data.
Do not use automated tools or manual methods to copy, scrape, or extract content or data from the platform for any purpose, especially for competing or duplicating the Services.

Do not use content without permission.
Do not copy, modify, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from any content unless you have explicit permission from the rightful owner.

Do not misuse intellectual property.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the platform’s source code, algorithms, or underlying systems.

Do not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
The Services are intended for personal use unless otherwise permitted. You may not sell access to the platform or use it to advertise external products or services, except for promoting your own published works on external platforms.

You may request to permanently delete your Voice Void Library account at any time. Upon initiating account closure, your account will first be deactivated and then scheduled for permanent deletion.

During the deactivation period, your account will no longer be visible. However, your comments and contributions may remain on the platform in an anonymized form. Within a period of up to six (6) months from deactivation, you may request restoration of your account, including re-associating your content with your profile. After this period, your account will be permanently deleted from our systems, while anonymized content may remain as part of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to all or part of the Services, at any time and for any reason deemed appropriate. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to notify you via the email associated with your account or upon your next attempt to access the Services.

Each of the provisions below applies to the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, and in such cases, parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights that cannot be legally limited under applicable law.

No Warranty
Your use of the Voice Void Library Services and any content available through them is at your own risk and discretion. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, title, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from course of dealing or performance.

Responsibility for Content
All content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the individual who created it. We do not guarantee that we monitor or control all content on the platform and are not responsible for such content. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you may encounter content that is inaccurate, offensive, harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Release
By using the Services, you release Voice Void Library from any and all claims, demands, damages, and liabilities of any kind—whether known or unknown—arising out of or related to:
(a) disputes between users, or between users and third parties in connection with the Services, and
(b) your use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voice Void Library shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any content. This includes, without limitation:
(a) service interruptions, unauthorized access, or security breaches,
(b) all types of damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, regardless of the legal theory,
(c) loss of profits, data, or revenue, and
(d) any actions, content, or conduct of other users or third parties.

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the use of the Services.

Indemnification (Your Responsibility Toward Us)
If your actions result in any claims, damages, or legal disputes against us, you agree to indemnify and hold Voice Void Library harmless from any liabilities, losses, claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any such matter, and you agree to cooperate fully in such defense.

Third-Party Websites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Accessing these sites is done at your own risk. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or websites.

Third-Party Integrations
Some features of the platform may rely on third-party services or APIs, including but not limited to video embedding services. By using such features, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

The Voice Void Library Services are provided free of charge. To support and maintain the platform, we may display advertisements and promotional content from third parties within or alongside the Services.

These advertisements are provided by third parties, and we do not control their content, accuracy, or practices. Accordingly, we are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from your interaction with such advertisements.

Any dealings, transactions, or interactions you have with advertisers found on or through the Services—including reliance on advertisements, purchases, or agreements—are solely between you and those advertisers. We are not a party to such interactions.

For more information about how third-party advertisers may use your data and the choices available to you, please refer to publicly available industry resources or the privacy policies of those advertisers.

Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, either through the platform or via the email associated with your account. Your continued use of the Voice Void Library Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and/or close your account.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with any documents referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voice Void Library regarding the use of the Services, and they supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

No Waiver and Severability
Failure by Voice Void Library to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
We encourage resolving any issues directly with us before seeking legal action. If a dispute arises, these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. You agree that any legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jordan.

Assignment
These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed without our prior written consent. Voice Void Library reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice or your consent.
