I write about those little towns where everyone knows everyone else's secrets. Rain seems to fall on them a lot, and I think people carry a lot of regret. I love how a quiet place can hide a darkness underneath, and I try to get that feeling into my stories. They wander into the strange parts of everyday life, usually.
