I write about the spaces where things slow down, and the folks who wander into them. There's something about the scent of rain on hot pavement that gets me thinking, and I'm drawn to the stories old buildings seem to keep tucked away. My stories tend to lean toward the bittersweet side, but I always aim for a little light at the end.
