Celine POV :

Winning the treble at the age of 19 is impressive right? Being the LIGA F top scorer and player of the season is even better, I wish I could be known for my records , or performances but no , I'm sakina karchaoui's pretty cousin, nothing more than that, sometimes locals will just go and be like :

"An u-15 boys team could beat them easily"

But guess what? We got the opportunity to prove them wrong,

WE'RE PLAYING AGAINST REAL MADRID!!

______________ Author POV: --------------------

The FC Barcelona feminino VS Real Madrid CF was what everyone is talking about, Both are Europeans champions and League title winners, EVERY football fan was waiting for that game, as if it was the end of the debate.

On the other hand we got Celine, who didn't seem worried at all but super excited, the men's team were struggling against real Madrid this season, which made her see it as a little revenge.

"How could you be so nonchalant at a situation like this Cel, We're playing against the best team in Europe?"

Asked Vicky, who was terrified by the idea.

"A win or a loss, it's a friendly game, but I'm sure we can do this, we have to prove ourselves."

Said the other with a reassuring smile.

______________ Celine POV: -------

I lied, I'm scared, so scared, I don't want to lose, I tried to convince myself that nothing will change if we lose, but I miserably failed, I felt like my life depends on this win, my career, my reputation, everything depends on this silly friendly game.

As expected I was on the starting lineup.

Real Madrid's lineup was scary too, to be honest, it's like they WANT the win no matter what.

The referee whistled, announcing the start of the match...

Author POV:

Celine's heart raced as she took her position on the field. The weight of expectations pressed heavily upon her, knowing that the entire football world was eagerly awaiting the outcome of this game. Despite her outward display of calm, she couldn't shake off the crippling fear of failure. This wasn't just a friendly match; it felt like her entire career, reputation, and legacy were on the line.

The starting lineups for both FC Barcelona Femini and Real Madrid CF were formidable, and it was clear that the opposing team was equally determined to claim victory.

The referee's whistle pierced through the air, signaling the commencement of the match. Celine took a deep breath, steeling herself for the intense battle that lay ahead. The crowd's cheers faded into the background as she focused completely on the game, determined to prove herself and her teammates.

The first half of the game passed quickly, with both teams displaying incredible skill and determination. Celine fought passionately for every ball, her movements a blend of grace and aggression. Both teams traded blows, each trying to assert dominance, but what Celine noticed was how wherever she went, Real Madrid's Midfielder, Jude Bellingham was chasing her, like if his mission was to stop her and block all her attempts , he was fouling her over and over, following her like he's her shadow , That's when she realized that she NEEDED to swich her position with her teammate Claudia Pina, moving to the wings, Celine found herself unstoppable and free, no aggressive tackles from Bellingham, she moved and dribbled past the defense, finding Paralluelo on the box, she crossed the ball, making an incredible assist for an incredible header at the 45+2 minute.

The first half ended with FC Barcelona Femini leading. Celine couldn't help but feel a mix of relief and determination as she made her way to the locker room. The thought of Jude Bellingham's constant shadowing and aggressive tactics still lingered in her mind. Something clicked, she realized the potential threat he presented to her game and the team's strategy. In the locker room, her coach's words echoed in her mind, emphasizing the importance of making strategic adjustments for the second half.In the break, the coach delivered a fiery speech, his voice echoing in Celine's mind. "We've had a good start, but the game isn't over yet. Real Madrid will come out stronger in the second half, and you, Celine, you will be their main target."

Celine nodded, her mind racing. She knew the coach was right. Real Madrid, especially Jude Bellingham, would be looking to make a comeback. They would be coming for her, and she needed to be prepared. The second half started, and Celine's decision to switch position proved effective. Real Madrid's defense was caught off-guard by the change in tactics, and Celine found herself with more space and freedom to maneuver , she was untouchable, every touch of the ball was precise, and her passes were like guided missiles. She found herself in a perfect position at the edge of the box. With no time to think, Celine took aim and unleashed a powerful shot, curving in the air like a bullet. The ball found the back of the net, a perfect top-corner finish. Celine couldn't contain the surge of emotion as she pumped her fists in the air. The stadium erupted in applause, and her teammates rushed to greet her, celebrating the goal that extended FC Barcelona Femini's lead. Celine's celebration was a mix of relief and triumph. She knew her decision to change positions had paid off, and now she had to hold her lead against Real Madrid's relentless attack.

Jude Bellingham POV :

The game was tense, each moment on the field felt like a battlefield, especially when I was up against that damn FC Barcelona Femini player. She was good, real good. Every move she made was like a damn dance, flowing effortlessly across the pitch. It's like she knew exactly what I'd do before I'd even do it. Damn her.

I followed her closely, trying to disrupt her game with my aggressive tackles and heavy presses, but she was just too damn skilled. Every time she had the ball, I was right there, breathing down her neck.

Author POV:

As the minutes ticked on, the game grew more tense. Real Madrid desperately searched for a way back into the match. Finally, a potential opportunity arrived in the 89th minute. In a scramble inside the box, a Barcelona defender was judged to have handled the ball, giving Real Madrid a penalty chance.

The entire stadium fell silent, awaiting the outcome. Jude Bellingham, ever confident, stepped up to take the decisive penalty.

Jude POV :

As the whistle blew, signaling a penalty for Real Madrid, my heart raced with excitement and relief. At last, a chance to get back in the game. I looked at Celine, the damn Barcelona player who had been tormenting me and my team all game. She stood on the edge of the box, her expression stoic, but there was something in her eyes that seemed different.

I took a deep breath, focusing on the task at hand. The pressure was on. I had to score, to keep our hopes alive.

Celine POV :

The penalty was a surprise, we hadn't expected it. Looking at Real Madrid's Midfielder, Jude Bellingham, preparing to take the penalty, I tensed up, my heart pounding in my chest. I knew that if he scored, the game would be close again, and all my team's hard work could be ruined. However, I tried to keep my composure, my expression stoic. I hoped that my eyes didn't give away the nervousness I was feeling inside.

Author POV :

Jude took a deep breath, eyeing the goal and the net. He then placed the ball on the spot and took a few steps back. The silence in the stadium was deafening. He ran up and delivered a powerful strike, sending the ball flying into the net with a satisfying thud. The goal was scored, and Real Madrid's hope for a comeback had ignited, but it wasn't enough. Despite the late penalty, Barça's earlier goals were too much for Real Madrid to overcome. The final whistle blew, and Barça Femeni emerged victorious, 2-1.

Celine's mixed emotions overwhelmed her as the game ended. She was relieved that her team had won, but there was something else, a strange feeling she couldn't quite place. The image of Bellingham's determined face as he took that penalty was etched in her mind. She couldn't help but feel an odd connection to him, almost a sense of respect for his resilience, even though he had been her adversary that day. Maybe it was the thrill of the game or just her competitive nature, but Celine silently made a vow to remember this match, and more importantly, Jude Bellingham.
