Two months before the tour ends.
-Zhenya's POV-
Today's work is already over. Everything went better than yesterday's sell; the sponsors and collaborations the company has been doing are bringing a lot of attention to the clothing line coming soon. You should feel pressured since a lot of critics are having high expectations, after all, this company was made out of the blue and it was surprising to the whole fashion world.
This evening, you are currently organizing the designs for the clothing line which is going to be exclusive for Rain; she came up with this idea of an icy and cold vibe for the line. Cho and you supported her idea, however, you wanted her to be the one behind this line while both of you will be only helping her with the making. She accepted and thanked you a lot for it.
-You are leaving this late again? – Cho asked.
-Yes, and I see you are in the same position – You said.
-True – She smiled. -Rain needed me to do some things for her; she went to talk with the runway's team – Cho explained.
-She must be so excited for the line – You said happily as you two closed the boutique.
-Yeah, this opportunity made her good – Cho spoke. -However, you aren't the same, right? – She questioned.
-I'm happy for her – You assured.
-But something is missing, am I right? – Cho asked.
-You know me so well – You chuckled softly as you started to walk towards the parking lots.
She looked at her watch before glancing at you. -It isn't too late; maybe the concert is already done. Try to talk to him, maybe that'll cheer up both of you – Cho suggested.
-Thanks, I might do that – You smiled.
-Good! Well, see you tomorrow – Cho waved at you.
-Take care – You waved back before getting inside your car.
Maybe I should call you... hopefully, you aren't asleep.
-Jun's POV-
I'm walking through the lobby of the hotel; I can't catch any sleep even if I already tried a billion things. Perhaps I'm thinking way too many things for a simple night like this.
I sat down on the couches that are there at the lobby, I turned on my phone and started to see the latest news when suddenly a notification appeared. A message from Zhenya.
- "Are you awake? Can we have a video call? – Zhenya.
I smiled while looking at the screen, I typed my reply to her and then she began a video call with me.
-Oh my god, it's you~ - She said excitedly.
-It's me... and it's you – I smiled while looking at her happily.
-I'm sorry... I feel so emotional – Zhenya said while covering her face with a pillow.
-I feel the same way. I miss you so much – I said while looking at her.
-I miss you too; with everything that is going on, I just wish you could come – She admitted.
-I want this tour to finish so badly. I love Carats but I need you – I chuckled embarrassedly.
-That's so sweet of you – Zhenya blushed.
-But tell me, how everything is going? – She said curiously.
-The concert was amazing; all the tickets sold out – I disclosed.
-It was amazing to see how much support we have here in Toronto – I shared.
-You deserve that and more! And I'm happy for the success the tour is having so far – Zhenya smiled.
-Thanks for saying that. I'm happy too – I grinned.
-But what about you? I heard the Fashion Runway was a show stopper – I gushed.
-That's pretty good to hear coming from you – She smiled shyly.
-I guess everything turned out amazingly well, plus, the models we had were super friendly and charismatic – Zhenya shared.
-I'm glad to hear that... oh, and I also saw your pictures on social media. That dress was really pretty; you suit it perfectly – I said while looking at her blushing out.
-Rain and Cho made it for me; the design was mine but I never did it... I threw it away but they saved it and made it for me – Zhenya disclosed.
-You were having some bad time back then, huh? – I questioned.
-Yeah... it was difficult times but, everything is alright now – She smiled.
-Well, almost everything – I sighed.
-I'm not there with you – I smiled mournfully.
-It isn't your fault... I understand you have worked just like me – Zhenya smiled cutely, basically trying to make me smile.
-I'm the luckiest guy... really – I chuckled softly.
-I should be the one saying that – She blushed.
-Geez, I think I'm talking to you for the first time – Zhenya said embarrassedly.
I laughed. -Is okay, you look cute – I told.
-Thanks... I guess – She smiled shyly.
-So, where is your next destination? – Zhenya asked.
-Vancouver and after that, we'll go to the states – I told.
-Only a couple of months for me to fly right back to you – I smiled.
-I can't wait to hug you! ~ - Zhenya said excitedly.
-Jinx! I was about to say that – I chuckled along with her.
She grinned. -I would love to stay longer but you have to sleep – Zhenya spoke.
-No, no stay here with me – I complained.
-Ah~ soon, baby... soon – She smiled.
-Please, take care of yourself – Zhenya said while looking at me with watery eyes.
-Don't skip meals – I added while looking at her happily.
-Drink the perfect amount of water – Zhenya chuckled softly.
-And remember to enjoy your days – I told.
The phrase we always say to each other to keep on going, even though we are miles away from each other.
-I love you so much – She murmured.
-I love you more – I smiled before sending her a kiss.
Both of us waved goodbye to each other before ending the video call.
When I locked my phone again, I felt much better. I never get tired of talking with her... I still have a lot of things to tell her. I express myself perfectly with her; I don't know what it is but with her my words just come out easily.
I hope that we can see each other pretty soon... I want to be with her like before and for the next tour, I'll take her with me no matter what anyone says. She's the one I love and I vow to protect. Always.
