It had been days since the discovery. Hoseok felt the weight of betrayal pressing down on him, a cold dread settling in his chest. He remembered, with sickening clarity, walking in on his boyfriend, Min Yoongi, with another man.

“Hoseok?”

Hoseok had thrown the door open with brutal force, the impact echoing through the apartment. He’d stopped at the edge of the bed, frozen, watching the scene unfold. The position, the tangled limbs, the casual intimacy… it all slammed into him with the force of a physical blow.

He walked to the bed frame, his gaze fixed on Yoongi. Minutes stretched into an eternity before he acted. He slapped Yoongi across the face.

“WHAT THE FUCK? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!”

“Hoseok-ah…” Yoongi murmured, his voice laced with a plea for understanding.

“Don’t ‘Hoseok-ah’ me!” Hoseok’s voice cracked with fury. “I want to know what this is!”

“Why is he so loud, Yoongi? I thought you’d take it harder,” the man beneath Yoongi said, his tone infuriatingly nonchalant.

“YOU!” Hoseok roared, pointing at the other man. “Who the fuck are you, and why are you fucking my boyfriend in *my* bed?!”

“Why I am his boyfriend, you idiot. And what does it look like we’re doing? Smh, Yoongi, it seems as if he doesn't know! I thought you told him?”

“Jimin, shut up,” Yoongi snapped, his voice deep and dangerous.

“W-WHAT is he talking about, Yoongi? What don’t I know?” Hoseok’s voice trembled, a fragile crack in his composure.

“It’s nothing, Hoseok. Just ignore him.”

“Oh my goodness. If you're not going to tell him then I will.”

“No, wait Jim—”

Before Yoongi could stop him, Jimin had already spilled the truth.

“—Yoongi and I have been dating for months… four months to be exact if you’re wondering. He came to me saying he was looking for a relationship, and that the current relationship he was in was boring. I seemed to like him, so we hooked up. Later on, we started gaining true feelings towards each other and decided to make it official. We both agreed that he was going to have to tell you soon what was going on. So here we are now… in his bed again. Min Yoongi and Park Jimin having fun.” He shrugged, as if delivering a casual weather report.

Hoseok felt his world tilt. He stared at Jimin, then at Yoongi, unable to process the betrayal. He felt numb, his body frozen in shock. He couldn't speak, couldn't move.

“So you’re telling me,” he finally managed, his voice barely a whisper, “that this has been going on for FOUR MONTHS and I had no idea? That my boyfriend, Min Yoongi, was cheating on me with another man, having sex on OUR bed multiple times… the bed I slept in? And he didn’t even bother to tell me? That the relationship we had for a year was just… boring to him?”

“Hoseok…” Yoongi began, but Hoseok cut him off.

“I think I’ve heard enough for one day.” He’d bought dinner, anticipating a cozy evening with Yoongi, but now… it felt like a cruel mockery.

“Hoseok, what are you doing?” Yoongi asked, his voice laced with confusion.

“Packing my bags? What does it look like? Setting up a tea party?”

After processing the full weight of the betrayal, Hoseok packed his belongings with cold efficiency. He walked toward the door, his movements mechanical.

“Excuse me for intruding. Have a nice life, Min Yoongi and Park Jimin.”

And with that, he left. He didn't leave a single crumb from the Popeyes meal he'd bought for two. He didn't leave a single drop of the drinks he had bought. He ate it all by himself, making sure to drink it all, not a single sip for Yoongi. He didn't want to share it with Jimin either. He ate it all alone, before heading out to see if he could restart life.

Before he reached the front door, he heard them again – the moans, louder now, mocking him. Hoseok felt dizzy, a lump forming in his throat. He fought down the urge to vomit, knowing tears wouldn’t solve anything. He wouldn't cry. He wouldn't beg.

Then, in that moment, Hoseok understood. Min Yoongi didn't have a heart. He’d shattered Hoseok’s heart into a million pieces, and walked away without a flicker of remorse.

He felt a wave of numbness wash over him, a quiet despair settling in his soul. He was whaling in the distance trying to process what the fuck was going on. His Yoonseok heart was screaming.
