~~~~~ 3rd Person POV ~~~~~
     "Uh, afternoon, Your Highness," Pacha greets Kuzco as he walks into the throne room. "I'm here because I received a summons--"
     "Hey, there he is! My main village man." Kuzco calls from his throne.
     "Um, Pacha," he says nervously before moving on. "Anyways, I got this summons--"
     "Pacha," Kuzco says with a slight laugh. "That's right. You are just the man I wanted to see."
     "I am?"
     "Word on the street is you can fix my problem." Kuzco slides down a rope to be on the floor with Pacha before continuing on. "You can fix my problem, can't you?"
     "Sure," Pacha shrugs. "I'll do what I can. Though you would probably be better off talking to my-"
     "Good, good. That's just what I wanted to hear." Kuzco pats Pacha's shoulder and begins to lead him to a separate room just outside the throne room. "Are you aware of just how important your village is to the empire?"
     "Well, I know we grow the crops you use here at the palace. We also herd the llamas that you-"
     Kuzco suddenly tugs a rope that reveals a model of ...
     "My village?"
     "Oh, yeah. You got a pretty sweet little setup there on top of that hill, don't you?" Kuzco laughs as he starts elbowing Pacha.
     "Yeah. My family has lived on that hilltop for the last 6 generations, almost 7 I believe."
     "Uh-huh," Kuzco says, uninterested. "So tell me, where do you find you get the most sun?"
     "Oh, I'd say just on the other side of those trees," Pacha states as he softly pushes Kuzco to the other side of the model. "When the sun hits that ridge just right, 👌, these hills sing.
     Kuzco makes his choice then with a nod. "Well, that settles it."
     "Really?"
     "Yep. Problem solved. Thanks for coming."
     "That's it? That's all you wanted me for?"
     "I just needed an insider's opinion before I ok'd this spot for my pool."
     "Uh... your pool?"
     Kuzco slams a model onto the model village, destroying Pacha's model house. "Boo-yah! Welcome to Kuzcotopia, my ultimate summer getaway, complete with water slide."
     "What?" Pacha asks dumbfounded.
     "Isn't it great? It's my birthday gift to me!"
     "I- uh- I don't understand how this could happen."
     "Well, let me clear it up for you. At my birthday celebration tomorrow, I give the word, and your town will be destroyed to make way for this." Kuzco presses a small button on the model that causes confetti to fly out and a carnival tune to play. Pacha desperately tries to put his model house together, but Kuzco knocks it out of his hands.
     "So if I were you, I'd pick up some change-of-address forms on the way home."
     "But, uh, where will we live?"
     Kuzco hummed. "Don't know, don't care. How's that?"
     As Kuzco goes to walk away, Pacha angrily tries to tell him that he couldn't do that. However, two guards block him. Kuzco turns back around, annoyed that a simple village man tried to tell him what to do.
     "When I give the word, your little town thingy will be... bye-bye. Bye-bye!" Pacha fails to protest as the guards drag him out of the castle.
Oh, yeah. Everything was goin' my way.
     And then Yzma smashed a statue of Kuzco's head.
Or so I thought.
