“Hurry up and grab the clothes.” Nikki’s voice came through my Bluetooth as I drove to my mother’s house to get the rest of my stuff. I was moving into my new apartment today, and at eighteen, it felt like I needed a fresh start. ????
I’d paid movers to haul everything out while I grabbed the smaller items. I’d chosen a modern-themed apartment close to my job and some schools. I thought about college a lot, but I wasn’t sure about it right now. I owned three businesses and brought in about a million a year.
After my business took off two years ago, people started buying my clothes and accessories. I wanted an apartment before a house, to get used to doing everything alone.
As I pulled up to my mother’s house, I went to my room and grabbed everything. In my closet, tucked away, was a small box. I opened it to see pictures of me and my father, who’d died when I was younger, a victim of gang violence.
I grabbed the box and everything else and went to my car. After a twenty-minute drive, I arrived and was greeted by Nikki and Drea.
They were with Jahvi, D’Artigan, and a guy I’d never seen before—he was *fine* though. ????
Kadavion POV
While Dart (D’Artigan’s nickname) and Jah (Jahvi’s nickname) talked to their girlfriends, I scrolled through my phone, chilling while we waited for Jayda.
When she got here, she was fine as hell. Shawty was short—about 5’4”, lightskin, and just… bad. She was thick too.
She was staring at me, but I ignored it. This was her new place. We went upstairs, and it was cool as hell. Her shit was nice and looked put together.
I was chilling until everyone left me and her in the kitchen alone.
Jayda POV
I was putting away my clothes when I felt like he was staring. I turned around, and he was.
I asked him his name, and he said Kadavion. His voice was sexy.
I just… I don’t know.
“You’re cute,” he said, and I blushed. I think I blushed. I don’t know. I don’t blush.
“You too,” I said, trying to sound cool.
He said his name and turns out we are the same age.
We talked, and he lived around here. He asked to hang out sometime, and I said yeah. We exchanged numbers and decided to play Among Us because why not? ????
Drea POV
I was in the office admiring how much hard work Jayda had put into everything, how pretty her house was. I wandered my way to her and Mac, and saw she had an upcoming sale ???? after that I asked if they wanna roll up but
I saw Kadavion and Jayda asleep on the couch together like (pic) but guess what I did?
Jumped on their asses ???? They woke up and I asked them to roll up, and they said yes. We all did.
Nikki POV
We roll up, and bae was looking extraaa fine like idk if it was the weed orrrr something elseee.
But we left shortly after because I was ready to ride ????
