**2. Bruce— I Can't Lose Him Like This**
He whispered, “What have you done, Jason?”
Batman strode across the rooftop, his cape fluttering in the night wind. The bodies below lay still, a grim reminder of the chaos that had erupted. “This has to end,” he muttered, his voice a low growl.
“Bruce, I know the Justice League views the Red Hood as a threat, but this plan is reckless,” Barry Allen said, his eyes flickering with concern.
“He killed at least twenty people yesterday, and countless more since he vanished with Nightwing,” Bruce replied, the weight of guilt heavy in his tone. “Both of them have gone rogue, and I’m the one who set it in motion. I understand how dangerous this is, but I’m willing to gamble with the new timeline. If Jason never died, he would never have become the Red Hood. Please, Barry.”
Barry paused, his mind racing through possibilities. “Fine. The Red Hood is spiraling out of control. You and I will be the only ones who remember this timeline and the one we create. If things go wrong, I’ll revert everything to the way it was. Do you understand, Bruce?”
“Yes,” Bruce answered, his voice steadier than he felt. “I can’t lose my son like this.”
