Until further order the production of alcohol and alcoholic drinks is prohibited. + 

It is ordered to all producers of alcohol and alcoholic drinks to inform not later than on the 27th inst. of the exact site of their stores. + 

All culprits against this order will be tried by a Military Revolutionary Court. + 
